What You’ll Be Doing:
* Lead and unite a passionate team of HR Advisors, ensuring they shine in their roles and provide top-tier service to clients.
* Identify training needs and implement cutting-edge development strategies that empower each team member to excel.
* Actively manage team performance and create a supportive environment that fosters creativity and efficiency.
Duties will include:
* Oversee and optimize team performance by conducting regular performance development reviews and adaption initiatives.
* Ensure seamless operations by managing team absences and performance indicators with precision and innovation.
* Conduct inspiring stand-ups twice a week to keep your team in sync and motivated on all organizational updates.
* Liaise with other department leaders that enhance our collective client service excellence.
* Mentor a new generation of advisors by providing insightful training and support that ensures high-quality, commercially focused advice.
