Day to Day

* Strategically manage and lead the Health & Safety function.
* Motivate and develop the department to achieve performance goals.
* Implement a hands-on culture emphasizing meticulous service delivery.
* Drive continuous improvement initiatives.
* Utilize technology to optimize efficiency and cost savings.
* Report on departmental metrics and address issues promptly.
* Foster internal and external stakeholder relationships.
* Own the budget and drive commercial success through resource optimization.
