Day to day on this role will include assisting with recruitment on boarding, daily basic admin tasks, working with reports and liaison with various members within the business. Day-to-Day Responsibilities * Meeting & greeting visitors in a warm, friendly manner. * Booking meetings for internal and external meetings. * Receiving and distributing daily post and managing postage from the business. * Screening, answering, and forwarding telephone calls. * Ensuring the reception area is kept neat and tidy. * Complete daily and weekly reports as necessary. * Cover Executive Assistant during periods of Annual Leave. * Administration responsibility for files through our internal HR system, including supporting in the off-boarding process and keep records accurate. * Responsibility for supporting the process of induction of new staffing including assistance through the recruitment process. * Managing our internal security system for access to building. * Full responsibility for managing the stationary order across two offices and with field staff. * Any administration that that may be required.
